Funny letter to the editor

I am still totally flooded by work. Also, I have caught a cold. I do not even enjoy smoking anymore---you can tell it is serious.

In all this stress, a friend from Germany (thanks Zefix!!) has sent me a hillarious letter to the editor. Check it out!
Unfortunately it is in German, so non-Germans have to find someone to translate it---I promise the trouble will be worth it!

The german is for someone from Germany actually slightly "off", it has a very specific "tone" which is part of the humor; I don't think I can save it over into a translation, but here it is:

"Potential Perpetrators"

Many computer scientist are perpetrators; for example they have commited sexual offense crimes or are responsible for some bloodshed in their own families. In my opinion their brain [not mind] is gone out of control through information technology. [Sentence utterly strange, even in german. ;)] As is known, computer scientists help themselves with cocaine. This increases imagination and they can program more effienctly and creatively. No wonder if the imagination-safeguards burn out of people who have everyday access to everything what the world of the internet offers. I am conviced of the necessity of some control (custody) administration for computer scientists which eliminates potential perpetratorship earliest possible.

Enjoy. :)
